Booking and Payment: Online booking is the preferred method for making appointments. Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Additional treatments or products may be paid for at the clinic by cash, bank transfer or card.
Cancellations and Refunds: At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or failure to attend may be non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. Refunds for cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will be processed to the original payment method.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. If there is insufficient time to carry out the treatment safely and appropriately, the appointment may be forfeited without a refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Courses and Treatment Plans: Courses and treatment plans are designed to be completed over multiple appointments. They are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Treatment Packages: Treatment packages are intended to be carried out on the same day and are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for six months from the date of purchase, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Charity and Raffle Prizes: Charity and raffle prizes are valid for three months from the date of issue. Appointments must be booked and used within this period, subject to availability.
Health Information and Treatment Suitability: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information on their consultation forms, including relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication and changes in health or skin condition. Please inform Anna of any changes before your treatment. Treatments may be postponed or declined if they are not considered suitable or safe.
Treatment Results and Aftercare: Treatment recommendations and expected results will be discussed where appropriate. Results vary between individuals. Clients are advised to follow the aftercare guidance provided.
Changes to Appointments: If Anna needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be contacted to arrange an alternative appointment or discuss an appropriate refund.
Privacy: Personal information, consultation records and skin analysis photographs are handled in accordance with the clinic's Privacy Policy. Permission for the use of photographs in marketing is recorded separately through the client consultation form.
