Swedish Massage. Massage during pregnancy is one of the best ways to relieve normal discomforts like aching muscles, joint pain, backaches, leg cramps and swelling. It also reduces anxiety and stress by increasing the feel-good hormones, encourages blood and lymph circulation, improves sleep and it's energetic and promotes overall wellness. For the massage you will be lying on one side and supported by a few pillows. You must be over the first trimester.
